Not investment advice

oxrun publishes information about trading strategies: their records, metrics and robustness scores. This information is general. It does not take your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance into account, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to follow any strategy.

oxrun is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. oxrun does not execute trades, hold funds or manage accounts. You alone decide whether and how to act on any information on oxrun. Consider speaking with a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

Risk disclosure

• You can lose money. Trading and investing carry risk, including the loss of all the money you invest. Leveraged products and digital assets carry higher risk.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results. A strategy with a strong record, or a high robustness score, can still lose money.
• Backtests are hypothetical. Backtested results apply a strategy’s rules to historical data. They do not reflect actual trading and benefit from hindsight. They are labelled as backtests.
• Your results will differ. Timing, fees, taxes, position sizes and the platform you use all change the outcome of following a strategy.
• Data can be wrong or late. Records are read from third-party platforms and can contain errors, gaps or delays.
• Third-party platforms are outside our control. When you follow a strategy on another platform, that platform’s terms and risks apply.

Terms of use

Using the service

By using oxrun you agree to these terms. oxrun is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or discontinue any feature, listing or the service at any time.

Accounts

You need an account to list and manage a strategy. Subscribing to a strategy’s signals needs only your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity under it. One person may not use another person’s account.

Connected accounts

When you connect a trading account, you must use an API key with read-only permission, or a wallet address. Do not give oxrun keys that allow trading or withdrawals. You confirm that you are entitled to share the record of any account you connect. You can disconnect an account at any time.

Listings

Every connected trading account is listed as a public strategy, under the name its owner chooses. oxrun calculates every listing’s metrics and robustness score with the same method; owners cannot edit them. We may remove a listing that is misleading, breaches these terms, or relies on a record we cannot verify.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misrepresent a record, connect an account you do not control, impersonate another person, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, oxrun and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, from following any strategy, or from reliance on any information on oxrun.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including metrics and robustness scores, are provided for your personal use. You may not resell or republish them without written permission. Strategy owners keep all rights in their strategies.

Ending your use

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page. Continuing to use oxrun after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the display name you choose.
• Connected-account data: the trading record read with your read-only key or from your wallet address, such as positions, trades and fees.
• Subscriptions: the strategies whose signals you subscribe to.
• Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
• Usage statistics: page-view statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, and from Google Analytics, which sets cookies and sends data such as pages visited, referrer, approximate location and device type to Google.

We do not sell your personal information or use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run your account, calculate and publish the records of strategies you list, deliver the signals you subscribe to, send service messages, protect the service from abuse, and understand which pages are used.

What is public

For a strategy set to public, its display name, record, metrics and robustness score are public. Your email address and API keys are never published.

Who processes it

We use Vercel (hosting and page-view analytics), Google (Google Analytics), Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and for a limited period after you close it, so that we can complete your request and prevent abuse. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can disconnect a trading account or close your account at any time. To remove a listed strategy, or to access or delete your data, email support@oxrun.xyz from your account email address.
