Common issues
Not receiving signals
- Signals only go out when the portfolio changes, so a quiet week is normal.
- Weekly strategies send on Sunday at 8:00 AM ET.
- Check your spam or promotions folder, and add our address to your contacts.
Unsubscribing
- Every email we send ends with an Unsubscribe link.
- Open it and confirm. It takes effect immediately, for that strategy.
- Lost the email? Write to us from the subscribed address and we’ll remove it.
Verification code
- Codes expire after 10 minutes. Request a new one if yours has run out.
- Check the address you entered, and your spam or promotions folder.
- Too many attempts? Wait a few minutes before asking for another code.

Is this investment advice?
No. oxrun publishes the same generic signal to every subscriber for educational and informational purposes. It is not personalised advice, and oxrun is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or CTA.
Do you trade for me or hold my money?
No. oxrun only publishes signals. We never touch your funds or place trades. You decide whether and how to act on each signal.
What does a signal look like?
Each signal lists an action (BUY or SELL), a ticker and a size. The size is a percentage of the strategy’s reference portfolio. There are no HOLD signals, so no message means keep holding.
When are signals sent, and when should I trade?
Weekly strategies send a signal every Sunday at 8:00 AM ET. Macro_1 trades at the close of the new week’s first trading day.
How do I follow a signal in my own account?
Apply the sizes to the part of your portfolio you want to run this strategy with. For example, a BUY of 25% means put a quarter of that money into the ticker. Place the trades yourself, at your own broker.
Do I need an account?
No. There are no accounts or passwords. You verify your email with a one-time code when you subscribe, and again for each new subscription.
Can I follow more than one strategy?
Yes. Each subscription is verified and managed separately.
Why can’t I see the strategy’s rules?
The exact rules stay private to protect the work behind them. What you can check is the process: signals come from locked code with no manual override, and every published signal is logged.
Are the backtest results guaranteed?
No. Results are hypothetical, include modelled trading costs, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
