oxrun publishes the same generic trading signals, at the same time, to every subscriber. The signals are educational and informational. They are not tailored to your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

oxrun is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or have access to your brokerage accounts. You alone decide whether and how to act on any signal. Consider speaking with a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

Risk disclosure

• You can lose money. Investing in exchange-traded funds involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you invest.
• Backtests are hypothetical. Backtested results are produced by applying a strategy’s rules to historical data. They do not reflect actual trading, and they benefit from hindsight in the design of the strategy. Actual results may differ materially.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results. A strategy that performed well historically may perform poorly in the future.
• Execution differs. Your fills, timing, taxes, fees and position sizes will differ from the modelled reference portfolio.
• Data and delivery can fail. Market data can contain errors, and emails can be delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on oxrun as your only source of information.

Using the service

By subscribing to or using oxrun you agree to these terms. The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or discontinue any strategy or the service at any time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own investment decisions and their results. You agree not to misuse the service, including by subscribing email addresses you do not control or attempting to interfere with the website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, oxrun and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on any signal or content.

Intellectual property

The website, its content and the signals are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or republish them without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address and the strategies you subscribe to.
• Subscription status and timestamps: when you subscribed, verified, and unsubscribed.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your personal information.

How we use it

Only to verify your email address, send the signals you subscribed to, send service messages about your subscription, and protect the service from abuse.

Who processes it

We use the following providers to run the service: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.

How long we keep it

While you are subscribed, and for a limited period after you unsubscribe so that we can honour the unsubscribe and prevent re-subscription without your consent. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

Unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. To access or delete your data, email support@oxrun.xyz from the subscribed address.
